Growth Protocol is proud to participate in the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation's (IICF) Share the Warmth Coat Drive, benefiting One Warm Coat!

As part of IICF's Month of Giving, we're bringing our team together to help provide warmth to children and adults in need. We invite our colleagues, friends, and community members to join us by donating new or gently used coats and outerwear or making a monetary contribution.

How to Participate

NYC: Drop off new or gently used coats, jackets, hoodies, hats, scarves, gloves, and mittens at our NYC office.

Outside NYC: Support the initiative by donating coats to a participating nonprofit or charitable organization in your local community.

Monetary Donations: You can also contribute directly through the Donate button on this page.

Coat Collection Deadline: November 20, 2026

All donated items should be clean and in good, wearable condition.
